This year’s writing plan is inspired by a sermon that my pastor, Max Lucado, preached in October. I encourage you to look it up before you even set up your writing plan! It’s called Partners in the Promise, and it’s about laying claim to any and all promises that God makes in the Bible. There have been over 7,000 recorded. In this year’s writing plan I have chosen a few hundred of my favorites for us to document and meditate on. The numbers on each bookmark coordinate with a weekday in 2023. Simply look it up and jot it down to remind yourself each day that God is faithful, and He is a generous promise-keeper.

The art is beautiful, and I look forward to writing about the Promises of the Bible. BUT, with 7000+ promises to choose from, I am perplexed as to why the designer of this plan skipped days each month. When I do Scripture writing, I like to do it daily. The preview was quite small, so I assumed all days were accounted for. I was disappointed to learn otherwise when I printed out the plans after making my purchase. 😢
