Hi friends! Today is a day for praising! Today I am painting and stamping in my Bible while I read beautiful Psalm 89 and worship God for just being who he is!

I especially love verses 5 and 6 “Let the heavens praise your wonders, O Lord, your faithfulness in the assembly of the holy ones! For who in the skies can be compared to the Lord?” The psalmist paints a magnificent, worshipful verse to the Lord.

That is my prayer as I journal and paint today. That my art and heart will be worshipful. That my praise will lift to the heavens and my God will be glorified as I praise His Mighty Name because no one can compare to our God! I hope you can sneak a few moments today to be still and let his presence wash over you.

Love your work… lots of color is my fav….
Can you share how you get your watercolors so lovely and colorful without making the page wrinkle? do you draw on the page with the crayons then add water, or do you pick up the color from the crayon with the waterbrush and then apply?
    Thanks for any info

Thank you so much for sharing that! I’m constantly inspired by the pages you post here on illustrated faith. It’s helped me to think outside the box and not worry about what other people think, but only of what Jesus thinks of me!

Beautiful! Would I be allowed to share your beautiful Bible page on our church Facebook page?
